Adam acts for debt providers as well as those raising finance on a wide range of cross border and Australian domestic financings. His clients include Westpac Banking Corporation, St.George Bank, Bankwest, GE Commercial Finance, Investec Bank (Australia) Limited and Australian Executor Trustees Limited.
Adam has particular expertise in corporate and acquisition finance, institutional property finance, debt restructurings and workouts, asset and structured finance, leveraged finance, construction and development finance and cross-border transactions.
