Middletons Women's Information Network (WIN) and Westpac's Women's Markets are holding an entertaining and informative lunch time seminar series.

Is property a secure investment? Many investors who were hurt during the econimic downturn have turned to real estate, despite interest rates, as a more secure investment option.

Tim McKibbin, CEO of REINSW believes property will continue to be seen as the more solid investment option and will share his views on the state of the property market and what it might mean for you.

Tim was appointed CEO in 2008 after having acted as REINSW Legal Counsel. Previously he was a partner of a multidisciplinary accounting and law firm, where he specialised in property and taxation matters.

As a solicitor, accountant and registered tax agent, Tim shares the facts and discusses the logistics of applying for a home loan as a first home buyer or a property investor. He will also cover government grants, stamp duty, maximum borrowing capacity, interest rates (fixed and variable) and structuring your repayments.

Lunch will be provided so please advise of any dietary requirements. We hope you can join us.
