About the presenterOliver Freedman is the Director of the Reputation Institute Australia and General Manager of AMR Interactive. He joined AMR in July 2004 after being employed for 5 years as Research Director of Harris Interactive's Reputation Practice in New York. He has extensive experience in managing large, multi-staged research projects both in Australia and internationally. Oliver has presented at international reputation conferences in South Africa, Japan, US, UK and Denmark and has helping a variety of blue-chip Australian and Multi-National Companies to measure and manage their reputations. Oliver also has significant experience in online quantitative research as well as managing customer satisfaction, brand and advertising. He received a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Hons and a Master of Psychology (Applied) from UNSW and had his Honours thesis published in the British Journal of Psychology (1998).
