This presentation will explore the following 3 themes:

  1. How important is Corporate Social Responsibility to an organisation's brand?
  2. Which Australian companies are most highly regarded?
  3. What currently drives your reputation and how might that change going forward?

About the presenter

Oliver Freedman is the Director of the Reputation Institute Australia and General Manager of AMR Interactive. He joined AMR in July 2004 after being employed for 5 years as Research Director of Harris Interactive's Reputation Practice in New York. He has extensive experience in managing large, multi-staged research projects both in Australia and internationally.

Oliver has presented at international reputation conferences in South Africa, Japan, US, UK and Denmark and has helping a variety of blue-chip Australian and Multi-National Companies to measure and manage their reputations.

Oliver also has significant experience in online quantitative research as well as managing customer satisfaction, brand and advertising. He received a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) Hons and a Master of Psychology (Applied) from UNSW and had his Honours thesis published in the British Journal of Psychology (1998).
