Graduate positions for the Middletons' National Graduate program to commence in 2011 have been filled. Candidates wishing to apply for a graduate position commencing in 2012 are encouraged to apply to participate in a Seasonal Clerk program. Middletons selects its graduates from this program.
Applying to participate in a Seasonal Clerk program
Participating in a Seasonal Clerk program at Middletons provides law students with the opportunity to experience the life of a lawyer in a commercial law firm.
Middletons will have 3 Seasonal Clerk programs as follows: December 2010, January 2011 and June 2011. Graduates will be selected from these programs for the National Graduate Program commencing in 2012.
If are completing your studies in 2011 and will be ready to commence a graduate position in 2012, we encourage you to apply for a Seasonal Clerk program in 2010/2011. Details are as follows:

Interviews for our 2010 Winter Clerkship program are currently underway. Offers will be made on 28 April 2010.
Middletons will run 2010/2011 Summer and Winter Clerkship programs in December 2010 and July 2011. Graduates will be selected from these programs for the National Graduate Program commencing in 2012.
